Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SmartLinker.lotsvia.com or the SmartLinker Pro plugin. By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Plugin License
Upon purchase, Lotsvia Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SmartLinker Pro plugin on the number of WordPress sites corresponding to your plan:
- Starter: 1 site
- Pro: Up to 3 sites
- Agency: Unlimited sites
Your license is valid for one year from the purchase date and must be renewed annually to continue receiving updates and support.
2. Permitted Use
You may:
- Install and use the Plugin on the permitted number of WordPress sites
- Modify the Plugin’s code for your own use (subject to GPL-2.0)
- Use the Plugin for commercial purposes on your own sites or client sites (within site limits)
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin or your license key to third parties
- Share your license key publicly
- Use the Plugin to create a competing product
- Reverse-engineer the licensing system
- Use the Plugin on more sites than your plan permits
4. Updates and Support
An active license entitles you to:
- All Plugin updates released during your license term
- Email support within 24 business hours
After license expiry, you may continue using the last downloaded version but will not receive updates or support.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are in USD. Licenses are billed annually. We reserve the right to change prices at renewal. You will be notified 30 days before any price change.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lotsvia Digital SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lotsvia Digital is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Plugin after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
