End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lotsvia Digital ("Licensor") for the use of the SmartLinker Pro WordPress plugin ("Software").
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this EULA and your active subscription, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software on the number of WordPress websites permitted by your purchased plan
- Use the Software for lawful commercial or personal purposes
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software or license keys to any third party
- Sell access to the Software or build a product that competes with the Software
- Remove or alter proprietary notices, logos, or labels in the Software
- Use the Software on more websites than your plan permits
- Attempt to bypass, crack, or defeat the Software’s license verification system
3. Open Source Components
Portions of the Software are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (GPL-2.0). The GPL-2.0 portions may be redistributed under GPL-2.0 terms. The proprietary licensing system and premium features are not covered by GPL-2.0.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Support and Updates
An active subscription entitles you to updates and support as described in the Terms of Service. Licensor may discontinue support for older versions of WordPress or PHP after providing reasonable notice.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically without notice if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
7. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is registered.
