30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind SmartLinker Pro. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email legal@smartlinker.lotsvia.com from the address used to purchase.
- Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5–10 additional business days to appear.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally not approved except in exceptional circumstances.
Renewals
If you are charged for an annual renewal and contact us within 14 days of the renewal date, we will issue a full refund for that renewal.
Partial Refunds
If you purchase an Agency plan and only need Starter features, we do not offer partial refunds for the price difference. Please choose your plan carefully.
Digital Product Notice
Because SmartLinker Pro is a digital product (a downloadable plugin), and because we offer a generous 30-day guarantee instead, we do not offer refunds on the basis that the plugin has been downloaded and used beyond the 30-day window.
